Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2026
IntentBench ("we," "our," or "us") operates intentbench.com. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We may update this policy from time to time; we will post the revised policy here with an updated "Last updated" date.
Data we collect
- Early-access signup: If you sign up for Live Signal Alerts or other notifications, we collect your email address. We may also store the signup source (e.g. live-alerts page), page path, and UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) for attribution. In the future we may optionally collect your company website and competitor website URLs if you choose to provide them.
- Calculators: Our calculators run in your browser. The numbers you enter (e.g. deal value, churn rate, ad spend) are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. We use a local-first architecture: sensitive business metrics stay on your device.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages viewed, referrer). These services may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use your data
We use your email only to send you the notifications you signed up for (e.g. one-time launch notice for Live Signal Alerts). We use analytics data to improve the site and our tools. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Your rights and choices
You can request deletion of your signup data or ask questions about this policy by contacting us. If we add an unsubscribe link to our emails, you may use it to opt out of further messages. For analytics, you can use browser extensions or settings to limit tracking.
To contact us, email support@intentbench.com. We will respond to legitimate requests in a reasonable time.
Data retention and security
We retain signup data until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
This policy is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. If you have specific legal questions, please consult a qualified professional.
