IntentBench provides benchmarking calculators and related content for informational and educational purposes only. The calculators, benchmarks, and methodology documentation are not professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output for your specific situation. Use the tools at your own risk.

Early-access and communications

When you sign up for early access (e.g. Live Signal Alerts), you provide your email and consent to receive product updates and launch notifications from us. We will send only the communications you signed up for. You may unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by contacting us. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is less.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
